As the Incident and Training Coordinator, you are responsible for promoting a safety-oriented culture through effective training and thorough incident reporting. You will maintain essential health and safety documentation and foster a proactive approach to safety. Engage in incident trend analysis and support colleagues in complying with safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track and report on workplace incidents and trends
• Implement training programs for health and safety compliance
• Manage safety documentation and record-keeping




• Assist in safety initiatives and communication efforts
• Support health and safety investigations and corrective measures

Requirements:
• University degree in STEM disciplines preferred
• Experience with construction or industrial safety (1-2 years)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient in safety management software
• Understanding of Ontario health and safety regulations
