In this important role, you will assist Corporate Law Clerks with diverse responsibilities, including the preparation of corporate documents and maintenance of minute books. With a focus on accuracy and detail, you will play a crucial part in the ongoing corporate maintenance of documents and filings. A minimum of two years’ experience in corporate and real estate law is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and file corporate documents, records, and minute books
• Draft and prepare corporate resolutions and client materials




• Assist with corporate filings and database updates
• Monitor deadlines and support follow-ups
• Contribute to special projects such as organizational charts

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law
• Knowledge of CorpLink considered an asset
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and administration
• High attention to detail and ability to handle volume
