Join Armstrong Collective as a Senior Manager of Safety & Security, focusing on building a strong safety culture and emergency management across the U.S. and Canada.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for enhancing safety protocols and compliance, providing leadership across the operational spectrum. Working closely with the Director of Safety, Risk & Compliance, you will enforce safety governance while managing complex regulatory requirements. This role necessitates excellent communication and relationship skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the corporate safety and security function for compliance
• Champion explicit safety and emergency management directives




• Represent the organization with regulators and partners
• Provide executive insights on emerging safety trends
• Ensure continuous improvement in safety practices

Requirements:
• University degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5-7 years of leadership in managed safety environments
• CSP or CRSP certification highly desired
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability
