Working closely with the Director of Safety, Risk & Compliance, you will enforce safety governance while managing complex regulatory requirements. This role necessitates excellent communication and relationship skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the corporate safety and security function for compliance
• Champion explicit safety and emergency management directives




• Represent the organization with regulators and partners
• Provide executive insights on emerging safety trends
• Ensure continuous improvement in safety practices

Requirements:
• University degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5-7 years of leadership in managed safety environments
• CSP or CRSP certification highly desired
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability
