Contract Length: Three years, with an option to extend for up to two additional two-year terms

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful Business Analyst role supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within a structured, public sector environment. You will play a key role in helping business teams better understand their processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive meaningful change. Working alongside project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor and connector. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements will directly influence decision-making, system implementation, and long-term organizational success.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead requirements gathering efforts, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
In this role,
you’ll document current and future state processes, workflows, and use cases to support solution design
You’ll act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
You’ll guide stakeholders through testing phases, including leading User Acceptance Testing activities
You’ll identify risks, issues, and assumptions, contributing to strong governance and control processes
You’ll facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to support change readiness and adoption
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience, ideally within public sector or regulated environments
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation requiredProven experience supporting business transformation initiatives, including digital modernization or process improvement
Solid knowledge of business analysis frameworks, requirements management, and process modeling
Experience working within formal governance structures, including steering committees and executive stakeholders
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
