As a Data Center Technician, you will report to the Data Center Technical Lead and be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting physical infrastructure. Key skills include familiarity with Linux command-line interfaces, monitoring tools, and team-oriented problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams. Your meticulous attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations in a shift-based schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure data center safety and operational best practices
• Perform routine maintenance on servers and networking hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively




• Assist with installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
• Maintain documentation for configuration changes and issue resolutions
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or similar
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and infrastructure automation
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills across departments
