The Cook position at Sonora Resort requires a passion for creating unique culinary delights. This onsite role involves preparing lunch services and maintaining an organized kitchen station during shifts. Successful candidates will have at least three years of cooking experience and a current Food Secure Certificate, preferably in a resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute daily lunch services
• Organize and maintain workstation per chef’s standards
• Clean and store products received at the dock
• Follow weekly cleaning tasks to meet standards
• Handle all assigned menu items skillfully
Requirements:
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Fluent in English; second language is a plus
• Current Food Secure Certificate required
• Culinary Arts Level 1, 2 or 3 preferred
• Three years of cooking experience
