As part of a 6-month contract, you will ensure the performance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components including Email Studio and Journey Builder. The ideal candidate possesses robust troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail to validate marketing automations and engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute testing plans for SFMC components
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Validate email personalization, templates, AMPscript, and data extensions




• Identify and track defects using JIRA or similar tools
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams for improvement
Requirements:
• Over 2 years of QA testing experience with SFMC
• Hands-on skills in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
• Familiarity with Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Experience with SFMC API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
