This full time, 12-month contract position calls for a dedicated facilitator to design and implement programs that enhance social skills and encourage community integration. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring adherence to Reena’s Jewish principles. Flexibility for weekday and evening shifts is essential, adapting to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized programs for clients
• Facilitate community participation and support plans
• Organize agency-wide events and ensure participation




• Manage program effectiveness evaluations and adjustments
• Maintain documentation and reporting of program activities
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Social Services or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Valid Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C certificate
• Proficiency in Office Suite and management systems
