Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and innovate metallization technologies
• Develop, design, and optimize rare earth processes
• Conduct experimental testing and data analysis




• Prepare reports and presentations on lab results

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (Bachelor's/Master’s/Doctorate)
• At least 3 years of experience in metallization techniques
• Knowledge of pyrometallurgical processes
• Ability to design and conduct metal refining processes
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
