As the Stewarding Supervisor, under the guidance of the Chief Stewarding, you will oversee and support the Stewarding team. Your role involves supervision of scheduled work hours and compliance with hotel standards in cleanliness and safety. Robust communication with other departments will enhance workflow during food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the stewarding department
• Monitor scheduling and vacation planning for associates
• Collaborate with departments for seamless service flow




• Maintain cleanliness through task lists and schedules
• Conduct equipment inventory audits for optimal resources
Requirements:
• Minimum six months in food and beverage operation
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and WHMIS
• Certification in Food Handling and Food Protected 1
• Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
