Key Responsibilities:
• Create and organize necessary transactional documentation
• Support transactions including preparing signature packages




• Maintain an expiry tickler to track deadlines
• Manage client interactions and communication effectively
• Oversee accounting-related duties including billing
Requirements:
• Minimum five years as a legal assistant
• Successful completion of a relevant Legal Assistant program
• Capable of managing time effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Experience with DocuSign and Closing Folders preferred
