APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Agile Coach (Enterprise Transformation) in Toronto, Canada . Lead enterprise Agile transformation at APPIT Software's Canadian operations, coaching teams and leadership on scaling Agile practices to deliver faster, higher-quality software products.

Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives across multiple product teams and departments

Coach leadership, product managers, and engineering teams on Agile mindset, practices, and scaling frameworks

Assess organizational Agile maturity and develop tailored improvement roadmaps with measurable outcomes

Establish communities of practice, guilds, and knowledge-sharing forums to sustain Agile culture

Facilitate PI planning, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops for scaled Agile delivery

Develop training curricula and deliver workshops on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean-Agile practices

Requirements





8+ years of experience in Agile coaching with at least 3 years leading enterprise-scale transformations

Deep expertise in multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify)

Proven track record of improving organizational delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, quality)

Strong executive coaching and change management skills

Experience with value stream mapping, Lean portfolio management, and OKR frameworks

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced Agile certifications required

Nice to Have

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or ICAgile Expert certification

Experience coaching in regulated industries (finance, healthcare)

Published articles or conference speaking on Agile topics
