Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily accounting operations and full-cycle management
• Develop and present comprehensive financial reports monthly
• Ensure adherence to tax compliance and maintain internal controls




• Assist with external audits and year-end financial preparations
• Manage cash flow and vendor banking relationships

Requirements:
• Over 5 years in progressively responsible accounting roles
• Knowledgeable in Canadian Not-for-Profit accounting standards
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is desired
• Strong interpersonal communication for cross-team collaboration
