In this position, you will advise business leaders on employee management, coach teams to improve performance, and ensure compliance with HR legislation. You will also be instrumental in guiding staffing plans and mitigating risks while collaborating with internal teams and recruitment for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on staffing, team structure, and employee relations
• Coach leaders to enhance team accountability and performance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
• Preferred CHRP or CHRL designation
• At least 10 years in HR business partner roles
• Experience in a corporate or law firm setting
• Solid grasp of Canadian employment laws
