Lead as the Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead at e-STORAGE located in Kitchener, Ontario. Oversee CRM solutions across North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project success.
In this newly established role, you will act as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 CRM, partnering with internal teams and external consultants. With a focus on managing project activities and governance, you'll define design requirements and drive continuous improvement across sales operations and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as technical SME for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Oversee end-to-end CRM project delivery with teams
• Maintain relationships with business and IT stakeholders




• Document and define business and technical requirements
• Provide ongoing operational support for CRM solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Leadership experience in CRM implementations
• Proficient in ETL/ELT processes for data migration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
