Position: Immigration Law Clerk

We are seeking an experienced and highly organizedImmigration Law Clerk to join our team on afull-time, on-site basis in Mississauga.

This position is best suited for someone who has previously worked in alaw firm and thrives in afast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
Minimum1-2 years of Canadian immigration law experience .
Previous experience working in alaw firm is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple files while meeting strict deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with immigration applications and file management.
Professional and client-focused approach.

Key




No in office training will be provided. Applicants must be able to perform the role independently from the start.
Only candidates who meet the minimum experience requirements will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.
Manage client files from intake through completion.
Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and legal professionals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents.
Assist lawyers with immigration matters and administrative tasks as required.
