The Still Family is looking for a skilled Bar Manager to lead the front-of-house team from Wednesday to Saturday nights. Collaborate closely with the General Manager in planning and executing events while ensuring a clean and welcoming setting. Key aspects include cocktail development, inventory management, and adherence to alcohol service regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support the FOH team to deliver excellent service
• Plan and execute engaging events and parties alongside the GM




• Prepare signature cocktails and manage beverage costs
• Conduct closing procedures including cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spaces
Requirements:
• Experience in serving or bartending required
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Must be proficient with computers for reporting
• Calm under pressure in a high-energy setting
• Consistent availability on Wednesday to Saturday nights
