This leadership role requires overseeing program staff and student activities while ensuring a structured, protected living space. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring student progress, and encouraging pastoral engagement. You'll also participate in fundraising and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support staff, students, and volunteers

• Maintain documentation for student progress

Requirements:
