Gwaii Engineering Ltd. seeks a skilled individual on the path to PLEng, ideally with around 10 years of experience. This role requires significant engineering knowledge, including the design of water systems and roadworks for Indigenous communities. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in AutoDesk Civil 3D and a commitment to building robust relationships with clients and governmental agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop designs for stormwater, sanitary, and water supply systems
• Create roadworks and transportation drawings for urban development




• Draft integrated water and utilities servicing concept plans
• Prepare Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Plans
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to achieve project goals
Requirements:
• Approximately 10 years of civil engineering design experience
• Degree or diploma in engineering or related field
• On the path to obtaining PLEng
• Proficient with AutoDesk Civil 3D
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence
