As the Camps & Programs Manager at MakerKids, you will oversee the implementation and management of our hands-on STEM programs, providing essential leadership and support to instructors. Your role will require effective coordination of staff and logistics, as well as maintaining high-quality program delivery. A background in education or STEM is ideal to thrive in this vibrant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations for camps and classes
• Support staff with training and problem resolution
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families




• Facilitate STEM instruction for children ages 5–13
• Manage logistics including scheduling and tech readiness
Requirements:
• Experience in operations management preferred
• Solid skills in communication and organization
• Ability to adapt and maintain calm under pressure
• Knowledge or interest in STEM curriculum
• Must hold a Standard First Aid & CPR certification
