We are looking for a reliable Production Worker to join our team at Custom Castings. In this role, you’ll receive comprehensive training in aluminum permanent mold casting, progressing from finishing operations into more skilled casting duties. You will develop essential technical skills and participate in a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in hands-on training programs and mentorship
• Manufacture aluminum castings within a team setting
• Perform cutting, sanding, and grinding tasks on castings




• Advance into casting responsibilities as training milestones are met
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
• Willingness to follow procedures and learn current skills
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs
• English communication proficiency required
• Robust collaboration and teamwork aptitude
• Some experience in lean manufacturing is a plus
