In this permanent position, you’ll develop and manage CSR strategies that reflect Orano’s dedication to Indigenous engagement and community partnerships. Your role will revolve around fostering relationships and ensuring inclusive communication across various levels of engagement. This position requires extensive travel to northern communities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead CSR strategy development aligned with corporate objectives • Mentor and develop a proactive team workplace • Facilitate Indigenous participation in business developments • Ensure compliance with health and safety practices • Oversee budgeting for community investments

Requirements: • At least 10 years of experience in Indigenous engagement • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of Indigenous Consultation processes • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in program management • Self-motivated with excellent time management
