Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment lifecycle for brand ambassador positions
• Source candidates using Indeed and recruitment platforms
• Conduct interviews via telephone and Zoom
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates consistently
• Prepare employment offers and complete onboarding activities
Requirements:
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially high-volume
• Bilingual in English and French is a solid asset
• Comfortable with Zoom interviews
• Proven sourcing skills through various job boards
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Zoho Sign
