Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workflow across all Data Centre functions
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Accurately manage and distribute information via WMI systems
• Create logs, reports, and tickets for management
• Perform preventive maintenance on Data Centre equipment
Requirements:
• OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent with 1+ year of data entry experience
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and adapt to wide-ranging hours
• Knowledge of Data Centre operations is an asset
