In this full time position, you will report to the Credit Manager, ensuring the timely reconciliation of payments from North American and export clients. Proficiency in basic French or Spanish will enhance your ability to communicate with clients and handle collections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely cash reconciliations for accounts
• Utilize SAP for daily reconciliation processes
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with Customer Service for record-keeping
• Engage in special projects and ad hoc reporting
Requirements:
• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic knowledge of French and/or Spanish
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
