Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop nutrition care plans for patients
• Educate patients on dietary compliance and healthy choices




• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care

• Participate in interdisciplinary teaching activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and completed internship
• Membership in the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Proficient in French and English
