As an Unregulated Care Provider (UCP), you will report to the Health and Wellness Manager and work within an inter-professional team focused on providing excellent senior care. Responsibilities include adhering to care plans, medication administration, and maintaining documentation. You'll also engage with residents and their families while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the clinical team for seamless resident transfers
• Provide direct resident care and maintain accurate documentation




• Administer medication in compliance with guidelines
• Prepare nutritious meals and support mobility
• Ensure a protected, clean living workplace for all residents
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
