Key Responsibilities:
• Take and record food temperatures for safety compliance
• Plate and serve meals to residents at their tables
• Pour beverages and portion desserts as required
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen areas




• Report maintenance needs and ensure proper food storage
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Completion or enrollment in Healthcare Food Service Certificate Program
• Secure Food Handlers Certification required
• Two to three years in quantity food production experience
