The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategically key clients. Responsibilities
Account management and relationship building with key clients
Serve has the primary contact for key clients
Maintain and build solid relationships with key stakeholders
Strategic Account Planning
Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Understand each customer's business objectives and align Standen's capabilities to support their success.
Monitor market and competitor trends to anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver results
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on key account performance.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
