Key Responsibilities:
• Process and code vendor invoices and expense reports
• Match purchase orders with invoices and packing slips
• Execute weekly and bi-weekly check runs and payments




• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK preferred
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
