As a full time temporary Early Childhood Educator, you will develop programs that empower infants and toddlers in a supportive learning workplace. This position, reporting directly to the Childcare Centre Supervisor, emphasizes collaboration with community partners while addressing the educational and mental health needs of young families. Your work will be pivotal in cultivating successful relationships between mothers and their children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement engaging programs for young children
• Monitor and adhere to staff-child ratios for quality care




• Collaborate with various community organizations
• Observe child development and provide feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the educational setting
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Two years’ experience in group settings with young children
• Knowledge of the Toronto Operating Criteria is an asset
• Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR
