Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of Medical Oncology postgraduate program
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and collective agreements
• Manage correspondence for program applicants and interviews




• Coordinate resident research day and academic events
• Track resident attendance and sick leave effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with relevant post-secondary education
• At least three years of relevant experience in healthcare education
• Familiarity with RDoS, CaRMS, and accreditation processes
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and educational software
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
