Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales and margins to drive profitability
• Manage store graphics, pricing, and space management
• Supervise visual merchandising following LEGO® guidelines
• Deliver training on customer service and product knowledge
• Execute cash handling and inventory auditing tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in retail leadership or management
• Strong skills in cash handling and POS systems
• Familiarity with retail visual merchandising
• Ability to motivate a team and ensure safety
• Availability for flexible schedule up to 30 per week
