• Mentor and supervise OT Assistants and students in training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current licensure from Nova Scotia Occupational Therapy Regulator
• BLS-C certification necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and navigate changing service dynamics
