Our team members provide caring services to residents and clients throughout Saskatchewan in our Seniors Independent Living Communities, Intermediate Care Homes, Long-Term Care, Group Homes for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, Seniors Day Program, and Luther Seniors Centre.

The Position

Reporting to the Director of Community Living, the Group Home Operations Manager work together to ensure the secure, effective and productive operation of the Group Homes. The Operations Manager is accountable for 5 main areas, among other tasks:
Team Management
Labour Relations
Health & Safety
Accreditation
Programming and Operations

Experience
Minimum two years management experience
Managing a Group Home with individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
Managing front-line supervisors
Working in a unionized workplace
Creating Behaviour Support Plans
