This role involves ensuring the well-being of children, documenting interactions accurately, and supporting positive family dynamics within the Family Learning Place. You will be instrumental in maintaining safety, setting firm boundaries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in line with Eagle Heart Centre’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor family visits to safeguard children’s welfare
• Accurately document observations for ministry reporting
• Facilitate positive interactions between families
• Enforce program policies and safety guidelines
• Provide a non-judgmental and supportive workplace
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or GED; education in relevant fields is preferred
• Experience with trauma-informed practices
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Current Criminal Record Check needed
