As a key leader, you'll focus on the efficiency of facility equipment and lead training efforts for your team. This role includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and coordinating preventive maintenance on all equipment, working Monday through Friday with on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements in maintenance
• Perform boiler chemical testing and adjust as necessary
• Manage maintenance budgets and operational expenditures
• Train and develop maintenance personnel
Requirements:
• Hold a 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Skilled in blueprints and schematics interpretation
• Proficient with hand tools and basic welding
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
