In this full time role based in Toronto, you'll become an integral part of the McDonald Family YMCA, focusing on maintaining equipment and responding swiftly to issues. Your expertise in building repairs, coupled with high standards for cleanliness, will help ensure that our facilities meet all safety regulations. Foster connections with members to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain building equipment and systems
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of pools and fitness areas
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies




• Manage supplies and maintain adequate inventory
• Engage in community programs and special events
Requirements:
• Completion of High School education
• Five years of relevant maintenance experience
• Valid certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Ability to establish rapport with members and staff
