Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Encourage resident participation in social and recreational programs
• Assist with meal delivery and feeding needs




• Offer emotional and palliative support to residents and families
• Adhere to safety policies and perform necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited PSW program with 600 hours
• Experience in long-term care is considered an asset
• Solid communication skills with residents and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Negative vulnerable sector check required within 6 months
