Qualifications
Have a knack for fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders — shoppers, retailers and vendors
Are proactive and approachable, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative‑particularly in engaging with mall visitors to identify needs, offer assistance, and foster a welcoming environment
Are creative and interested in marketing initiatives
Have had experience, or are interested, in sales
Have proven that you are self‑motivated and extraverted
Are an independent self‑starter with a robust work ethic
Understand the value of Teamwork and your role in it

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for shoppers and retailers




Support the promotions team on event days
Be responsible for gift card sales
Answer and direct phone calls and operational requests
Ensure the directories are up to date
Engage tenants

Qualifications
A secondary school education
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French (preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills
A growth mindset and a outstanding attitude
An interest in becoming a part of the Carlingwood Community
