Enhance community programs as a Service Support Specialist with Sensity in Eastern Ontario. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship while improving service excellence and operational effectiveness.
As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening consistency across Supported Living and Community programs. Your expertise will guide teams towards high-quality service delivery, by collaborating closely with the Operations Manager. You'll be instrumental in workforce development, operational oversight, and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Intervenors in communication and best practices
• Address complex service challenges with expertise
• Produce summary notes to enhance team learning
• Design onboarding experiences tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate to refine and implement best practices
Requirements:
• Diploma in Intervenor or related human services field
• Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
• Proficient in American Sign Language or SEE
• Valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clean driving record and ability to lift moderate weights
