Key Responsibilities:
• Secure and develop partnerships with employers for client placements
• Conduct outreach activities and community networking




• Assess potential worksites for client-job fit
• Assist in organizing job fairs and hiring events
• Maintain accurate employer information in the CRM system
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or business development
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with the Alberta labour market
• Knowledge of supporting underrepresented groups
