Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is seeking a committed intern to work full time from our Yaletown Office until April 2027. You will have the chance to develop Android features, integrate connectivity APIs, and debug connectivity problems, playing a critical role in advancing automotive software solutions. This internship aims to shape your technical skills while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Android features across apps and shared libraries
• Integrate platform connectivity APIs for vehicle ECUs




• Debug complex connectivity issues thoroughly
• Engage in design discussions and code reviews
• Work closely with UI/UX and platform teams
Requirements:
• Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
• Commitment to return to academic studies post-internship
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or C++
• Understanding of Bluetooth and networking fundamentals
• Familiar with key Android connectivity APIs
