In this role, you’ll support the planning and development of capital projects across vineyard estates and hospitality spaces. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, your work will involve preparing technical documentation and establishing comprehensive drawings. Ideal candidates will manage multiple projects and display a keen attention to detail throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed site measurements and existing condition drawings
• Develop initial design layouts and plans




• Produce architectural and interiors drawings using Revit/AutoCAD
• Assist in preparing project specifications and standards
• Support PMs during construction with shop drawing reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in design/construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup required
• Knowledge of BC Building Code and zoning bylaws
• Ability to handle multiple projects in agile settings
• Passion for unique architectural and landscaping designs
