As Controller, you'll lead the financial operations across our U.S. and Canadian offices, driving the development of best-in-class accounting systems. This role calls for a CPA with a strong background in finance and accounting, seeking to optimize procedures using contemporary technologies. Manage a growing team while ensuring exceptional financial reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design internal controls that support business growth
• Supervise day-to-day accounting and payroll activities
• Oversee financial reporting and month-end closing




• Drive audit processes and tax compliance management
• Facilitate budgeting and forecasting in the FP&A; function
Requirements:
• CPA designation is necessary
• 7+ years in finance/accounting with diverse experience
• Proven track record in U.S. compliance and financial oversight
• Experience with audit leadership and financial reporting
• Proficiency in NetSuite essential
