Apply now!Salary: Up to $80K (Based on Experience)Key Responsibilities- Prepare, edit, format, and proofread a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency- Coordinate workflow and delegate tasks to internal support teams, ensuring timely completion- Assist lawyers with litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, coordinating filings and service, and supporting hearings and trials- Manage calendars, court deadlines,
and key dates, including scheduling discoveries, hearings, and client meetings- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for efficient document management and retrieval- Liaise with courts, external agencies, and clients; manage incoming calls, correspondence, and mail- Support administrative and financial processes, including time entry, billing coordination, and file openings- Provide general administrative support, including travel coordination, meeting logistics, and team assistance as neededQualifications- Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a litigation legal assistant role- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures- Excellent attention to detail with advanced proofreading, editing, and formatting skills- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow up on files with minimal supervision- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality- Flexibility to occasionally work overtime as requiredTo apply, please forward your resume to: Zaheeda Merali Manager – Executive Search at
