Responsibilities

- Mandatory Progressively responsible experience leading lard-scale information technology projects, systems development initiatives and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management and schedule control.
- Experience supervising technical staff, team leaders, consultants, and vendors in the delivery of complex business and technology solutions.

Knowledge

- Extensive knowledge of information technology systems, application development, systems analysis and design, implementation methodologies, and operational support practices.
- Sound knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques for managing large, complex technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, vendor management, and RFP development and evaluation.
- Knowledge of business process analysis, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic planning.
- Understanding of information technology governance, architecture standards, security principles, and quality assurance practices.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation, policies, standards, and guidelines impacting information technology services and project delivery.
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools, software development tools,



and enterprise technology environments.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to supervise managers, team leads, technical professionals, consultants, and vendors.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business and technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, budgets, and resources.
- Strong negotiation, consultation, and stakeholder relationship management skills to balance business requirements with technology solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, business cases, RFPs, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Ability to provide strategic advice, technical direction, and quality oversight throughout the systems development and implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, senior management, project teams, and external service providers to achieve organizational objectives.
