The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing assessments and care planning to clients across Acute, Transitional, Personal Care Home, Primary Care, Oncology, Public Health-Healthy Living and Home Care within Southern Health-Santé Sud. The LPN works to full scope and maintains competence per policy.

The incumbent must hold CLPNM registration, BLS certification, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. In-person duties at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Winkler, with days, nights and weekends
