Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, integration.

5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.

5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, focusing on configuring and developing.

Experience with Siebel tools, assignment manager, business rules, workflow, applets, views, screens, code/scripts, and related Siebel business layer objects.

Experience editing Siebel web templates and using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.

Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.

Experience with Siebel Open UI architecture (physical model, presentation model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.

Experience with UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel,



exposing Siebel in external application).

Experience configuring Siebel migration application and administering Siebel Approval Manager.

Report development skills – 35%; experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.

Working knowledge of Open UI concepts – PM, PR, manifest file, and mapping files.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to develop and present recent ideas.

Excellent interpersonal relations and proven ability to work effectively in teams.

Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt to aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change.

Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService is an asset.

Experience with Grants Management is an asset.
