AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide for its SkyPointe location. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing protected and thorough personal care and services to enhance residents' comfort. Your contributions will make a significant difference in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bath and wash residents according to established care guidelines
• Assist residents with transfers and mobility using proper equipment
• Feed and support residents during meals as per their care plans




• Provide routine treatments under the direction of nursing staff
• Accompany residents to activities and appointments within the facility
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a care setting preferred
• Enrollment in Personal Care Aide certificate program
• Active registration with Alberta’s health care regulatory body
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Post-secondary education is an asset
